Banana-Chocolate Protein Muffins – A Healthy, Guilt-Free Treat!

With ripe bananas, chocolate protein powder, and a generous sprinkle of dark chocolate, these muffins are soft, moist, and absolutely irresistible.



📝 Ingredients:

  • 2 ripe bananas
  • 2 eggs
  • 50 ml coconut milk
  • 50 ml sunflower oil
  • 100 g oat flour
  • 50 g brown sugar
  • 40 g chocolate protein powder
  • 1 packet (about 10-12g) baking powder
  • 100 g dark chocolate (chopped)
  • A pinch of salt


👩‍🍳 Instructions:

Step 1:
In a large mixing bowl, mash the bananas using a fork. Add the eggs, coconut milk, and sunflower oil. Mix well until smooth.



Step 2:
In a separate bowl, combine oat flour, brown sugar, chocolate protein powder, baking powder, and a pinch of salt. Chop the dark chocolate into small chunks.


Step 3:
Add the dry ingredients to the banana mixture and mix until fully combined. Fold in about ¾ of the chopped dark chocolate (save the rest for topping).



Step 4:
Spoon the batter into a muffin tray lined with paper cups. Sprinkle the remaining chocolate on top of each muffin.


Step 5:
Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C (350°F) for 20 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
